The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Supply Planning Manager – Deployment to lead and continuously improve supply planning performance for Customer Facing Locations (CFLs). In this role, you will act as a strategic leader and change agent, accountable for service, inventory, and cost performance while leading and developing a high‑performing Supply Planning team.

This role typically reports to the Supply Planning Director and represents Supply Planning in key governance forums, including the Demand Review as part of the S&OP process.

  • Track and analyze KPIs and performance metrics to support organizational goals.

  • Identify, analyze, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service and/or reduce costs.

  • Support and lead additional projects as required.

SAVINGS

  • Improve Supply Planning performance through efficiency and optimization initiatives.

  • Assess supply chain profitability by reviewing inventory management, replenishment strategies, and related costs to meet cost targets or identify improvement opportunities.

PEOPLE

  • Build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and customers.

  • Communicate clearly on supply planning topics, providing solutions and supporting shared objectives.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in Planning, Logistics, or Manufacturing.

  • 5+ years of people leadership experience.

  • Strong experience with ERP and planning systems.

  • Proven ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

  • Advanced technical or business degree (MBA preferred).

  • Experience with TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement methodologies.

  • APICS certification.

  • Strong background in service, inventory, and cost optimization.
