Manager, Operations Training

This position is in charge of designing, implementing, and managing all activities related to CooperSurgical training system, including development, and learning needs for all positions. The Training Lead must assure quality regulatory compliance related to training area for all employees. In addition, the role oversees the Value Streams Training Coordinators.
