Junior Voice Engineer (m/f/d)

-Supports business objectives technically by ensuring the smooth operation of the VoIP network environment -The Voice Engineer works independently and supports colleagues in the design and architecture of the VoIP landscape. -He is carrying out the implementation of changes in the VoIP landscape. -Is ensuring a highly available data center VoIP infrastructure, implementation of backup and DR concepts between data centers -worldwide -Collaborated project planning of expansions and further development of the VoIP network infrastructure -Is ensuring a fail-safe operation of the VoIP networks, performance management and VoIP network security -Is ensuring highly available connectivity incl. SIP trunks, active management of voice carriers -Monitoring, troubleshooting and making changes to individual components in the production environment -Provision of flexible outbound routing, taking costs and quality into account
