Join Centric Consulting – A Culture You’ll Love

At Centric Consulting, we've cultivated a unique approach to business. Our business is built on three fundamental principles: Enjoy the people you work with, have fun, and do great work. These principles define our consulting model and have crafted one of the most vibrant cultures in the consulting industry – celebrating individuals, collaboration, and lifelong friendships.

Centric Consulting is a management and technology consulting firm built on the belief that the best work happens when people genuinely enjoy who they work with. We bring honest, experienced consultants to mid-market and enterprise clients across the country, and we operate without the hierarchy and ego that slow most firms down. Our Salesforce practice partners with clients to design, implement, and scale Salesforce solutions that deliver real business outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager who has run Agile delivery on real Salesforce implementations. This is a billable, client-facing role inside our national Salesforce practice. You will lead delivery on mid-market and enterprise engagements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and adjacent platforms.

The goal here is straightforward. You own delivery. You protect scope. You keep the team focused. You communicate clearly with clients and internal leadership. You make sure the work gets done on time, on budget, and at the quality our clients expect.

In this role, you will:

Lead Delivery

  • Own end to end delivery on Salesforce implementations from kickoff through hypercare.
  • Build and maintain the project plan, sprint cadence, and delivery roadmap.
  • Run daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Track velocity, burndown, and team capacity. Adjust the plan when reality demands it.
  • Identify, document, and resolve risks and issues before they become delivery problems.

Manage Scope, Budget, and Timeline

  • Maintain a clean, current backlog with the product owner and business stakeholders.
  • Manage change requests through a defined process. Document impact to scope, budget, and timeline before committing.
  • Track actuals against budget weekly. Surface variances early.
  • Maintain a working RAID log and review it with the client on a regular cadence.

Lead the Team

  • Coordinate the work of Salesforce architects, developers, business analysts, QA, and OCM resources.
  • Make sure each team member knows what they own, what is blocking them, and what is coming next.
  • Coach junior team members on Agile practices and consulting fundamentals.
  • Coordinate with offshore resources when the engagement model includes Centric India.

Client Relationship

  • Be the primary delivery point of contact for the client project sponsor and steering committee.
  • Run steering committee meetings with clear materials and honest status reporting.
  • Translate technical work into business outcomes that client executives can act on.
  • Manage client expectations early and often. No surprises at the end of a sprint or a phase.

Practice Contribution

  • Contribute to delivery methodology, templates, and best practices inside the Salesforce practice.
  • Support pursuit work including estimating, SOW development, and client orals when needed.
  • Mentor other PMs and delivery leads as the practice grows.

Who You Are:

Required Experience

  • Seven or more years of project management experience, with at least four years running Salesforce implementations.
  • Hands on experience leading Agile delivery on Salesforce projects. Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models.
  • Demonstrated experience managing fixed fee, time and materials, and managed services engagements.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce platform across at least two clouds. You do not need to be an architect, but you need to know enough to challenge bad estimates and recognize delivery risk.
  • Experience working with Salesforce delivery tools including Jira, Azure DevOps, Copado, Gearset, or similar.
  • Experience managing distributed teams including onshore and offshore resources.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Experience

  • Consulting background at a Salesforce SI partner.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Agentforce.
  • Experience leading data migration and integration workstreams.
  • Experience with organizational change management as part of a Salesforce implementation.
  • Active PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or higher.
