JOB.TITLE , OU.LOCATION , CUSTOM.STATE As a JOB.TITLE at Interfor, you’ll lead a motivated team in a dynamic, technical manufacturing environment. You’ll oversee the safe and efficient operation of the planer mill, dry kiln, inventory yards, and shipping department, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. This is a high-impact leadership role where your expertise will shape safety, quality, and productivity across the finishing end. Operations: Oversee planer mill, dry kiln, yards, and shipping for productivity, quality, and cost control. Environment: Manage environmental activities, including storm water, dust, and process water systems. Collaboration: Liaise with sales and process control teams to align products and drive value. Improvement: Lead continuous improvement and support capital projects.
