Key Account Assistant Manager

Job Description Summary :

Cover account / outlet Key Account by evaluating and control spending so as to achieve the fulfillment of the target 100% and support the growth of business in Accounts handled.

Job Description :

1. Program Execution & Monitoring

• Ensure all programs are executed effectively and in line with objectives
• Regularly monitor and evaluate program performance
• Coordinate closely with Sales & Marketing teams to align strategies and execution

2. Budget Planning & Control

• Develop and allocate budget spending for each assigned account
• Monitor and control account spending to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Create detailed spending breakdowns to prevent over-budget situations

3. Account Relationship Management

• Conduct regular visits to assigned outlets/accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders
• Respond promptly and effectively to account needs and requests

4. Communication & Coordination

• Maintain intensive and proactive communication with buyers
• Act as the main point of contact between the company and assigned accounts
• Ensure alignment on promotions, programs, and business objectives

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or related roles (preferably in FMCG/Retail industry)
• Strong analytical skills with experience in budget planning and cost control
• Proven ability to manage relationships with key clients/buyers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities
• Target-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Willing to travel and visit outlets/accounts regularly
