Job Description
The Budd Group is a leader in facility solutions, and we’re looking for a high-energy Sales Representative to help us grow our footprint in the Nashville market. Reporting directly to our VP of Sales this is your chance to break into B2B sales with a company that values family, integrity, and hard work.
What You’ll Do:
The Hunt: Outbound cold calling, lead generation, and qualifying prospects for our janitorial and maintenance service lines.
The Road: Get out of the office! You’ll spend up to 50% of your time traveling locally for in-person appointments and networking events.
The Win: Assist with the sales pipeline from the first "hello" to the final contract close.
