What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities As our Janitorial Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team morale at our client site. Serving as an expert Commercial Cleaning Account Manager, you will oversee a dynamic team of 15 personnel spread across the first and second shifts, working hand-in-hand with a dedicated second-shift supervisor.  Lead & Inspire: Plan, organize, and supervise daily operations across multiple shifts, utilizing your coaching skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team.  Client Care: Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring service delivery aligns with our highest quality and safety standards.  Operations & Budgeting: Manage workflow processes, control expenses, review job costs, and balance staffing plans to meet budget compliance.  Safety & Compliance: Ensure environmental and safety procedures are maintained in accordance with local, state, federal, and company requirements. What You Bring To The Team / Qualifications Associate's degree or higher required (BA/BS preferred). 2–5 years of demonstrated management, supervisory, or leadership experience. Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Exceptional people skills with a proven track record of coaching and developing team members. A proactive, problem-solving mindset dedicated to client satisfaction and quality standards.
