Salary: $23.00 - $36.00 per hour
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a BA/BS degree in ABA or a related field.
- Must have a minimum of two years working with children ages 0-18 with Autism and/or developmental disabilities in home, school, and/or community settings.
- Must provide a negative TB test and pass a criminal background check upon hire.
- Must be open to a flexible schedule as case placement may vary or change.
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and active car insurance in order to travel to clients’ homes.
- Must be able to perform essential work duties such as lifting, squatting, and sitting on the floor for extended periods of time.
- Ability to accept and give constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly.
- Ability to empathize with clients and their family members.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA laws.
- Ability to interpret, create, and implement clinical protocols.
