Job Description

To drive new business development across the ESA sub-region for MEA Connectivity Services, with a strong focus on selling digital solutions, expanding strategic customer relationships, and generating new revenue streams. The role is accountable for identifying, shaping, and converting growth opportunities, while leading the sales team to accelerate commercial expansion across existing and new customers.

  • Drives new business growth across the assigned scope, with particular focus on digital solutions and advanced Connectivity Services offers.
  • Identifies, develops, and converts new commercial opportunities within strategic accounts and new customer targets.
  • Builds strong executive and operational customer relationships to position the company as a trusted long-term partner and to open new business avenues.
  • Leads the sales team in developing a strong growth pipeline, with clear focus on opportunity creation, qualification, conversion, and revenue acceleration.
  • Owns account development strategy and growth plans for major customers, with emphasis on expansion rather than pure retention.
  • Promotes advanced products and services to create new revenue streams and increase digital sales contribution across the region.
  • Leads the development of customer offers, business cases, and commercial proposals, ensuring consistency, competitiveness, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Drives commercial negotiations and secures new contracts, renewals with expansion, and change requests that increase customer value and revenue.
  • Aligns customer transformation needs with the product roadmap, including digital adoption, service evolution, and migration opportunities where relevant.
  • Owns budget and revenue forecast for the assigned scope, ensuring strong pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy.
  • Manages and develops the regional sales team, setting clear growth priorities, strengthening sales discipline, and supporting execution on strategic opportunities.
  • Participates actively in key business milestones, including VCP and Budget cycles, to ensure growth priorities are reflected in business planning.
  • Expands company visibility and market presence across the covered scope, strengthening positioning in digital and Connectivity Services.

The role combines commercial leadership and sales team management to accelerate pipeline creation, convert new opportunities, and build sustainable revenue growth across the region.
