Job Description
Redemption Attendants must help our guests create unforgettable moments by delivering excellent guest service while following safety standards. Must also be able to meet the following criteria:
Essential Duties:
- Assist our guests with excellent guest services by assisting them with prize redemption
- Effectively communicate with guests in a positive manner through eye contact, verbal communication, and body language
- Follow directions of designated manager on duty
- Lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time
Conditions and Environments:
- Work with multiple crew members in a collaborative and positive manner
Work Location: in person
