Job Description

YOUR MISSION

  • Translation of global retail and commercial strategy into execution‑ready priorities for functions, regions, and markets

  • Shaping and ownership of retail execution frameworks, including priorities, game plans, rollout logic, and performance guardrails across channels and countries

  • Orchestration of cross‑functional alignment with Business Units, Regions, and channel stakeholders to convert strategic initiatives into clear ownership, timelines, and actions

  • Setup and leadership of governance and performance steering

  • Preparation of executive‑level narratives, insights, and decision materials for Senior Leadership and Board‑level Meetings

  • End‑to‑end ownership of internal communication flows across BUs, Regions, and Channels, ensuring transparency on priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies

  • Development and management of strategic partnerships across the retail value chain, aligned with long‑term retail strategy and joint business plans

  • Leadership and development of the Business Operations & Partnerships team, fostering capability building, cross‑functional collaboration, and performance culture.

YOUR TALENT

  • Senior leader with strong experience in directly leading global teams while indirectly steering complex, matrixed retail organizations

  • Trusted sparring partner for VP and Executive Leadership, with the confidence to shape agendas, challenge constructively, and drive fact‑based decisions

  • Strong strategic and operational skill set, translating complexity into clear frameworks, governance models, and execution disciplines

  • Outstanding executive communication and storytelling skills, including structured narratives and decision‑ready presentations for leadership and Board settings

  • High influence across functions, regions, and external partners, aligning diverse stakeholders behind shared commercial priorities
