The role:
As an Accounting Manager, you will help drive our goals by:
Leading general accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, strong ledger integrity, and compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards
Owning balance sheet quality, reconciliations, and financial controls to maintain a robust and well-governed accounting environment
Preparing and overseeing management and statutory reporting to reflect financial performance, profitability, and cash position
Driving continuous improvement and standardisation of accounting processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Leading, developing and managing a team of accounting professionals, including performance, capability development, and resourcing decisions
Acting as a senior accounting authority, providing expert judgement, influencing stakeholders, and guiding key accounting, control, and reporting decisions
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
Proven experience in financial accounting or controllership roles within a complex organisation
Demonstrated people leadership experience, including the ability to delegate effectively and develop high-performing teams
Strong end-to-end technical accounting knowledge, including financial reporting standards and internal control frameworks
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle or SAP), with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to identify and implement process improvements
Fluent English required
