Job Description


• Managing payroll for selected markets (it may include USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil) in line with internal standards and local legal regulations.
• Administering and calculating compensation, rewards, bonuses, and severance as required.
• Executing payroll runs using the global payroll checklist and adhering to payroll calendars.
• Coordinating end-of-year activities and annual payroll cycles, ensuring compliance and attention to detail.
• Handling payroll-related inquiries from managers and employees and providing guidance and support.
• Leading payroll vendor interactions by analyzing service needs, resolving discrepancies, and implementing changes.
• Supporting audits with payroll-related data and documentation.
• Driving initiatives to standardize and improve payroll processes, implementing and testing new pay components, work schedules, and systems enhancements.
