Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Industrial Lubricants segment.
Support the team to build strong relationships with industry stakeholders, customers, and channel partners.
Conduct field visits (minimum 40–50% of weekly time) to engage with customers, distributors, and influencers with manager.
Gather and analyze competitor intelligence, market trends, and customer insights.
Share qualified leads with the sales team and support in lead nurturing and opportunity conversion.
Support the establishment of a reliable channel partner network for the LFE business.
Prepare CRM reports, presentations, and insights based on field visits and market interactions.
Assist in creating marketing collaterals and business pitches tailored to customer needs.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Technical Services and Supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of business development activities.
