Oversee daily operations covering accounts payable, travel and expense management, treasury activities and month-end close accounting activities.
Governance and Controls: Responsible for implementing robust and appropriate controls to manage operational risks and enforce governance. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement and Transformation: Drive continuous improvement through technology adoption, organisation design changes and process re-engineering. Champion automation, digitalisation and AI-enabled initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy and data-driven decision-making. Partner with the Technology Group to ensure that finance systems are optimised and performing efficiently and effectively. Lead or contribute to global finance transformation projects and data analytics initiatives.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with regional Finance teams, business units and corporate functions to deliver on business and functional objectives. Serve as a key liaison for banks, vendors and outsourced agents on finance operation matters.
