Job Description
This is a .1 FTE position that requires you to be in an instructional coach position to apply and can include the following duties:
- Conduct summer and afterschool professional development workshops to align with building and district intiatives
- Collaborate with building adminstration to estabilsh and meet building goals, both during the summer and throughout the school year
- Offer support to staff members as directed or needed in the summer and throughout the school year
- Assist administrators in preparing for the upcoming school year
- Engage in regular collaboration with all Instructional Coaches and the Director of Curriculum and Instruction, both during the summer and school year
- Attend the Instructional Coaching Retreat in the summer to enhance skills and align strategies
- Deliver professional development to new staff, during summer orientation and through the mentorship program
- Availibilty during all summer professional development weeks
