MC3 Staff
Position Purpose
Making Classroom and Community Connections is an after-school program that provides students, particularly in low-income areas, an opportunity to participate in enrichment opportunities that help further their progress in the classroom. MC3 is looking to hire individuals interested in working after school with students grades K-5.

Essential Performance Responsibilities
Works in school building environments.
Hours: 2:00 - 5:30 Monday - Friday
If you can only work certain days, that is okay! Working all 5 days is not a requirement to apply.
FLSA Status: Exempt
Pay Rate: $20 per hour

- Assist with set-up, attendance, snack, recess, clean-up, and dismissal.
- Assist with homework, and reading, and facilitate enrichment activities/clubs.
Works in school building environments.
