Optimize material usage and monitor consumables
Supervise fabrication teams, allocate tasks, and monitor performance

Perform quality control checks including weld inspections and coordinate NDT activities
Ensure compliance with engineering and quality standards
Identify improvement opportunities and eliminate fabrication bottlenecks
Maintain workshop standards (5S) and ensure proper equipment calibration
Lead safety initiatives including risk assessments, toolbox talks, and incident investigations
Ensure compliance with PPE, LOTO, hot work, confined space, and working-at-height procedures
Promote environmental compliance, including waste management and emission control
Maintain emergency preparedness and support safety audits and corrective actions
