Procurement Systems Administrator

Your Opportunity, Your Team

The Procurement Systems Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of QVC’s procurement platforms, such as Coupa, ChromeRiver, and Vendorful. This role works closely with Procurement, Finance, GBS AP, and Master Data teams to ensure smooth operations, implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement globally.

You will provide technical support to end-users, conduct training sessions, and maintain system documentation. This position is key to ensuring compliance with SOX requirements, maintaining data integrity, and supporting procurement reporting and analytics.

Where You'll Work
 

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite from 3 to 5 times per month in our office on Wielicka 30 in Kraków (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).

What You'll Do

  • Configure, customize, and monitor procurement systems, including user roles, permissions, workflows, and integrations.
  • Conduct UAT testing and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective utilization of procurement platforms.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and share best practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes.
  • Ensure SOX compliance by maintaining accurate access controls, audit trails, and reporting evidence.
  • Analyze procurement data, identify trends, and generate reports to visualize spending and compliance.
  • Evaluate adherence to procurement policies and standards.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or 2–5 years of professional experience as a Systems Administrator.
  • In-depth knowledge of Coupa or similar procurement systems, including configuration and administration best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Project management skills: planning, scheduling, and managing resources.
  • Experience with system upgrades and data migrations.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (SOX, VAT, Data Privacy).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, finance systems, and other procurement tools is a plus.
  • Coupa certifications are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and maintain composure under pressure.
