Logistics Coordinator

• Provide Technical and operational support to cross functional teams in maintaining lead time compliance
• Coordinate and control the process flow within the Lautoka Logistics team.
• Supporting Director Logistics in performance of supply chain management
• Support the maintenance team and administers Mex-system including work orders and purchase orders with stores. Administers KPI reports and statistics for the logistics department.
• Administers Fleet Employee Payroll and maintains all integrity of data regarding payroll and employee leave records.
• Administers and monitors store stock on site.
• Support organizational quality and environmental initiatives across the site.
• Executes administrative responsibilities/documentation and carry out all other tasks as assigned by Management.

Minimum

• Form 7 pass
• Certification in supply chain management or 3 years’ experience with related field
• Computer Literate
• Payroll Experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

• Extensive experience in trucking or other fleet environment
• Lean Operations/ Continuous Improvement knowledge and experience
