IFG Associate Director, Carrier Compliance
Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an IFG Associate Director, Carrier Compliance based in the United States.
This is a senior compliance leadership role focused on safeguarding Medicare Advantage sales integrity across a fast-paced, high-growth distribution environment. The role blends strategic risk management with hands-on operational leadership, requiring close collaboration with internal sales leaders, external health plan partners, and contracted agents. You will be responsible for shaping and executing monitoring frameworks that identify, investigate, and mitigate compliance risks at scale. A key part of your impact will be driving resolution strategies for Complaints to Medicare (CTM) and other regulatory issues. You will also build and maintain trusted relationships with carrier partners while influencing enterprise-wide compliance practices. This is a high-visibility leadership position where strong judgment, communication, and regulatory expertise directly shape business outcomes and consumer trust.
