The Hudson School District is seeking an Elementary School Counselor at Hills Garrison Elementary School working with children in second through fifth grades to start with the 2026-2027 school year.
Compensation: The school counselor range for the 2025-2026 school year is $41,752 to $71,359 per year according to the AFSCME collective bargaining agreement and based upon 186 days per school year. The compensation range for the 2026-2027 school year will be finalized in March 2026.

Working Conditions:
Elementary School Counselors work 186 days per school year with a salary range starting at $41,752 according to the AFSCME collective bargaining agreement pay scale and ranges up to $71,359. Our benefit package includes a competitive cost share for health, dental and life insurance at no cost to the employee, and participation in NH retirement system. Additional benefit plans include vision, FSA, 403b participation and a variety of AFLAC plans. The AFSCME collective bargaining agreement with Hudson School District provides for sick and personal time and a tuition reimbursement program.
