Job Description
The Service Advisor keeps communication flowing between our technicians and customers, ensuring repairs are handled efficiently and transparently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain service dispatch system and repair flow
- Deliver clear communication to customers about repair timelines
- Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
- Support technicians with accurate repair order documentation
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Experience in service writing or dispatch preferred
- Ability to manage multiple repair orders at once
