Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS: Illinois Professional Educator License with Early Childhood Special Education Endorsement; Bilingual Endorsement or ELS/TBE License Preferred
REPORTS TO: Principal, Assistant Principal
SUPERVISES: N/A
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
PURPOSE: The Early Childhood Special Education Teacher provides individualized instruction, implements IEPs, and supports young learners' development through collaboration with staff and families.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 182 Days. Salary to be established by the Board of Education.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated by the Building Principal and/or Dean in accordance with provisions of Board policy.

Payroll Schedule: Distributed over 26 periods, every other Friday

Sick Day Allocation: 17 days total, with up to 3 days available for personal use
