Service Clerk job responsibilities will be including but not limited to
Greeting customers as they arrive at the dealership.
Handling service leads and overflow from the Service Advisors.
Working closely with serviceretention and with the pace program.
- Provides Service Managementinformation by completing reports.
- Updates job knowledge byparticipating in GM educational opportunities
- Enhancing Service departmentreputation by service leads after repair.
