The Knowledge Management & Innovation (KMI) Attorney drives business transformation and operational efficiency by developing and implementing innovative solutions that align with the firm’s strategic objectives. This role focuses on optimizing client service delivery, streamlining business processes, and fostering the adoption of technology across the Intellectual Property Practice Service Center (PSC). The KMI Attorney acts as a key liaison between the PSC, the Knowledge Management (KM) team, and firm leadership to identify and address complex business challenges, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and deliver impactful legal technology solutions.
