Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS: Illinois Professional Educator License with School Psychologist Endorsement
REPORTS TO: Principal
SUPERVISES: N/A
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
PURPOSE: The School Psychologist provides comprehensive psychological services to support students' academic, social, and emotional development, in alignment with the Illinois State Board of Education guidelines. The role conducts assessments, develops interventions, consults with staff and families, and promotes strategies that enhance student well-being and school success.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 182 Days. Salary to be established by the Board of Education.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated by the Building Principal and/or Assistant Principal in accordance with provisions of Board policy.

- 2025-2026 Salary Schedule
- Initial Lane Placement: MA+30 Initial
- $3,500.00 annual stipend
Payroll Schedule: Distributed over 26 periods, every other Friday

Sick Day Allocation: 17 days total, with up to 3 days available for personal use
Life Insurance: $50,000
Pension System: Teacher Retirement System
Tuition Reimbursement: $3,500 annually
