Franklin Park Alamo Heights is accepting applications for Maintenance Tech/Grounds.

Pay: DOE

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a health care or assisted living community setting.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:

• Have a heart to serve Seniors.
• Have a minimum of one-year prior experience.
• Have serious attention to detail.
• Be very dependable.
• Want to work as part of a team.
• Have the ability to work patiently and appropriately with residents who may have significant problems with memory, reasoning, and/or other cognitive skills.
• Be willing to undergo a drug and background screen in accordance with local law/regulations.
