Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group Counseling sessions in accordance with each student’s weekly IEP mandates
- Communicate regularly with parents and team members
- Collaborate across disciplines to facilitate successful implementation of behavior modification and coping strategies
- Attend meetings with parents, classroom teachers, and school districts as needed.
- Conduct and participate in Professional Development for School Staff and Parents, Guardians, and Caregivers.
- Complete billing and session note documentation in a timely manner, in compliance with company policies and Medicaid regulations.
- Complete quarterly progress notes and prepare Annual Reports and Proposed IEP Goals for each student’s Annual Review meetings.
Required Education: Master’s Degree in relevant field
Required Certifications:
LCSW: Licensed Clinical Social Worker; NYS Licensed Psychologist
Previous experience working with pediatric population and individuals with developmental disabilities helpful
Knowledge of ABA a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $66,902.00 - $90,000.00 per year
