Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery.
Work safely at all times and follow plant safety and food safety procedures.
Conduct routine cleaning tasks to keep the production area and equipment in good working order.
Maintain accurate production records and reports for quality control and production tracking purposes.
Monitor product quality by conducting regular inspections, making necessary adjustments, and conducting quality checks.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and address challenges effectively.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines for production processes.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Other duties as assigned.
Education/Skills/Experience Required:
Be able to work independently and within a small team environment in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain high levels of attendance.
Be eager, upbeat, and have a positive attitude.
Previous manufacturing experience would be an asset.
Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours.
PAY RATE: $23.43/hr to start
