Job Description

We are seeking a driven, independent, multitasking, Administrative Assistant. This is a versatile role that involves facilitating various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations of locations, and meeting daily and weekly goals as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Complete administrative tasks and goals including data entry, filing, and location management procedures daily.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Meet daily goals and needs as assigned such as interviewing, hiring and operations revision.
  • Collaborate to implement agency and licensing standards/requirements
  • Work independently to achieve assigned tasks.
  • Some travel will be required for inspection of locations/training facilitation.
  • Tasks may include hiring location staff, terminating location staff, training location staff, creating and implementing materials/resources necessary for location success.
  • Ability to transition and multitask to prioritize for task completion.
  • Management of various location needs.

Experience

  • Experience working in an administrative environment.
  • Exceptional knowledge in Microsoft, Google and other systems.
  • Strong computer literacy skills are necessary, along with familiarity with data entry processes and filing systems.
  • A minimum of an associates degree is preferred with 1 year of experience OR high school diploma with 3 years of experience
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
  • Must be a driven individual able to work independently to complete tasks.
