Job Description
SUMMARY
Provides administrative and clerical support to the Ibaraki office (O&M department) to ensure smooth daily office operations. The role supports internal documentation, data management, and general administrative tasks while assisting the team with routine operational support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle telephone and visitor reception, including basic inquiry handling and mail/post management.
- Prepare and update internal documents and reports using Word and Excel.
- Input and maintain records of routine inspection and patrol reports.
- Manage filing, copying, document archiving, and mailing tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to the department.
