Project Business Lead

Supervise and support commercialization of approved projects, ensuring investments meet obligations and financial targets Track key performance indicators during project execution and coordinate with engineering, regional teams, and operations to resolve issues Lead customer interactions during execution, reviewing and managing change requests to maximize benefits and minimize risks Deliver consistent and clear project updates across Linde Gases US and senior leadership Collaborate closely with regional operations director and Project Operations Lead to align project scope Manage project "white-spaces," ensuring alignment across all Linde functions on utility agreements, land acquisition, permitting, and regulatory approvals Challenge and collaborate with Linde Engineering on project scope and capital cost to ensure competitiveness Review risk analyses and impacts on management reserves and business contingencies during execution Participate in customer contract development and amendments to align investments, project economics, and commitments Lead discussions with third-party customers or site hosts during execution alongside regional business leaders Represent projects at Linde Gases US and internal committee reviews, presenting and supporting as needed
