Job Description

We're reimagining the way Australians live, work, and play. We own and manage some of the most recognisable and loved retail destinations across Australia.

We’re evolving our portfolio into destinations that offer a broad selection of retail, residential, and office spaces. Through our diverse portfolio, data-led decision-making, and nationwide development pipeline, we do things differently.

We are Vicinity.

Role purpose

At Vicinity, we’re evolving how procurement delivers value across the business—embedding smarter processes, stronger governance, and scalable systems. This role sits at the heart of that transformation, driving end-to-end Source to Contract capability uplift while optimising tools, frameworks and ways of working.

What you’ll focus on

  • Lead the implementation and adoption of procurement policies, processes and systems across the Source to Contract lifecycle

  • Act as the procurement SME across cross-functional initiatives (e.g. P2P, IWMS), ensuring alignment to the operating model

  • Drive consistency and compliance in sourcing activity and contract execution, aligned to governance and risk expectations

  • Support and uplift procurement capability across the business through guidance, coaching and knowledge-sharing

  • Lead change management initiatives to embed new tools, technologies and ways of working

  • Optimise procurement systems and frameworks, including governance, technology enhancement and training delivery

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in procurement, process governance or commercial operations within a complex, enterprise environment

  • Demonstrated success in driving process improvement and embedding scalable, best-practice frameworks

  • Strong understanding of Source to Contract and Purchase to Pay processes, governance and risk management principles

  • Experience working with procurement technologies (e.g. Coupa, P2P or contract management systems)

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and translate technical concepts into practical outcomes

  • A track record of leading change and uplifting capability across systems, processes and teams
