Environment Missions Within the Group Talent department, the International HR Support, Careers Staffing team manages processes and projects aiming at developing careers’ internationalization while contributing to business development and operational performance by mobilizing the right person at the right place at the right moment. At stakes: Enabling amazing career path and experiences within Transdev Feeding business and operations with HR solutions and engaged talents In this environment you report to the International HR Manager and take care of the following missions: 1 – VIE Program Contribute to the Group’s international mobility strategy through operational support to the VIE program: • Coordinate onboarding at both local and Group level (digital or at HQ) • Ensure completion of administrative steps • Update dashboards and track monthly KPIs 2 – Group Graduate Program Support the organization of the Group’s international Graduate Program: • Assist in the selection process and participant follow-up • Contribute to the organization of learning expeditions and development activities 3 – Support to Other International Programs • Lead coordination of international internship staffing • Assist with Short Term Assignments (STA) processes • Contribute to other ad hoc international HR initiatives 4 – Communication • Promote international programs internally and externally • Update content and support communication on SharePoint and other internal platforms
