Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
5-7 years of proven working experience as Scrum Master
Familiarity with software development
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
Good knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, XP) and Agile / Lean practices
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Proven experience in facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration.
