QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Substitute Teacher:
• Completion of 30 semester-hour credits.
• Credits must be completed at an accredited institution of higher education at the time of application.
• Applicant must be at least 20 years of age.
• Credential is valid for five (5) years from the date of issuance.
BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrates expertise in education. Knowledge of classroom management and classroom effectiveness. Ability to read, write, speak, understand, or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties for this position.
REPORTS TO: School Principal
SALARY AND EMPLOYMENT
Salary Range: $140 per day to start for individuals holding a Substitute Certificate
