What makes you a strong fit
- 5+ years of experience in senior support roles or people leadership positions
- Strong technical foundation, including SQL, programming logic, and computer networks
- Broad understanding of IT systems, technologies, and industry best practices
- Data-driven mindset with clear ownership of KPIs and customer journey metrics
- Proven ability to lead by example and drive a results-oriented, forward-thinking team
- Experience building high-performance teams through coaching, feedback, and talent development
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and functions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Fluent English, spoken and written
