Job Description
Qualifications and Responsibilities include:
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians in a calm and professional manner.
- Utilize computer skills to maintain accurate records and reports using Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, Genesis, and AESOP
- reporting.
- Organize supplies and shipments, ensuring timely confirmation of payments.
- Run attendance reports and generate standard form letters as needed.
- Take detailed and accurate notes for attendance purposes to track student whereabouts when absent.
- Listen carefully and comprehend instructions provided by supervisors and colleagues.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Demonstrate non-judgmental attitudes towards student situations.
- Write clear and concise emails for effective communication.
- Ensure regular attendance and punctuality.
- File documents into student cumulative reports and update residency documents in student folders.
- Follow directions meticulously and demonstrate a self-starter attitude in completing tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in administrative roles or similar positions is preferred.
