What You Will Be Doing
- Payroll: Prepare and process payroll. Everyone’s pay is in your hands! (Insert evil laugh here)
- Sales Tax: Internal expert on sales tax as it relates to contracts, project management and invoicing.
- Coordinate with AP and AR.
- Transactions in NetSuite. Day in and day out. NetSuite is the backbone of our financials.
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 4 years of experience in accounting.
- Experience with, or in depth knowledge of, sales tax administration
- Proficiency with NetSuite is preferred but not required
- Experience with Avalara is preferred but not required.
- Experience running payroll is preferred but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting on multiple levels with co-workers, clients and vendors.
