Technical Sales Specialist II (Food Enzymes - Dairy)

Are you ready to take your technical skills to the next level? We are looking for a talented Technical Sales specialist to join our IFF Food Biosciences sales organization in Morocco (Northwestern Africa)!

We're looking for a candidate with proven skills with enzymes in the Food & Beverage and most importantly the Dairy industry. Driving growth in our Cultures and Enzymes portfolio across the Maghreb region. Combining technical expertise with commercial acumen to deliver value-added solutions to customers and channel partners in the dairy industry.

Where You'll Make a Difference

Business Development & Sales Execution

• Drive sales growth of Cultures and Enzymes in the Dairy segment across Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia.
• Identify and convert new market opportunities into long-term sustainable revenue growth.
• Lead pricing and contract negotiations. Apply expert price negotiation skills and develop effective price strategies to ensure optimal value for both the company and our valued customers.

Customer Engagement & Technical Support

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations and channel partners
• Plan and co-ordinate lab/production-scale trials at customer sites, supported by regional Technical Application Specialists
• Translate customer needs into tailored solutions that deliver measurable value and customer loyalty.

 Strategic Planning & Forecasting

• Develop and execute long-term strategic roadmaps and plans for key accounts and distributors,
• aligning closely with global, regional and local strategies.
• Monitor sales performance, forecast accuracy, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Identify unmet customer and market needs, proactively creating opportunities to fuel pipeline growth and targets.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Representation

• Collaborate across functions (supply chain, customer service, marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Represent IFF H&B at industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.

What Makes You the Right Fit?

• You are a professional with a Dairy technology background having a solid practical understanding and experiences with Dairy enzymes
• You like to work independently, being self-motivated but also understand how to function in a larger organization and the importance of reaching common business goals – a high degree of team spirit is a prerequisite 
• You are customer centric and open-minded
• You have a minimum of 3 years working experience
• You are fluent in English language and have a valid driving license
