Job Description

  • High School Diploma, with post-secondary education in Administration or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 1-2 years' experience in an office setting working in administration or payroll.
  • Experience working with Collective Bargaining Agreements an asset.
  • Advanced knowledge in in MS Office - Word, Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOK UP and data tables).
  • Knowledge of SAP is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail required.
  • Strong communication skills, able to proactively obtain data needed to get job done.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, while multi-tasking and maintaining organization.
  • Ability to follow established procedures.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with others.
