Job Description

This position is accountable for ensuring that ESL’s total reward strategies and practices are competitive, equitable, current, well-communicated and in compliance with applicable regulations. Leads the design, implementation, and administration of the total rewards strategies and supporting programs that enables ESL to attract, develop, motivate and retain a talented workforce. Manages Payroll, HRIS, and Performance Management systems.
