Job Description

  • Manage customer accounts, including current business and new business development
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at all organizational levels
  • Lead customer negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
  • Coordinate technical and commercial offers with internal cross-functional teams
  • Drive new product introduction and order intake at customer level
  • Define and execute customer-specific commercial strategies
  • Monitor account profitability, pricing evolution, and cash management
  • Act as the main interface between customer and internal departments
  • Gather customer feedback and initiate improvement action plans
  • Track customer satisfaction and competitive market developments
