Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Functions
- Responsible for increasing AgDirect market share and origination volume by enhancing relationships at all stages of the application lifecycle, demonstrating financial expertise, developing creative solutions, proactively following up on existing opportunities and closing the sale
- Leverage financial expertise and sales tools to provide creative financing options and sales counseling directly to prospects, customers and dealers
- Maintain a strong understanding of competitor programs and analyze that data to effectively sell AgDirect products
- Design innovative solutions to meet customer needs. Advise customers on financial information needed. Discuss credit packages with analysts. Advise dealers and customers of loan decisions. Provide customers and prospects advice and counsel related to current financial position and future lending needs
- Attend Industry events, visit partners and dealers to strengthen relationships, foster sales opportunities and represent AgDirect in the marketplace
