To support client acquisition & retention, also leveraging on local market opportunities.
Relationship with landlord, third-party, personal network for client development
Identify and develop existing and new clients (prospects) to become future VICs
Support store team on client’s personalized outreach and event invitation contents
Support CRM Manager on clienteling processes, ensuring proper implementation and consistency of approach, supervise and promote the correct use of all Clienteling tools in stores.
Support CRM Manager on Client Experience activities for local VIC, and offer highest level of experience in-store.
Collecting CRM needs and sharing best practices.
