Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- To conduct product/soft skills training to clients and stakeholders.
- To attend/support new product launching events.
- Able to drive training initiatives and projects assigned.
- Able to quickly learn new technology, practices, adjust based off market needs, and drive new and updated programs.
- Able to work as a team player and also independently with minimal supervision.
Academic Qualification(s):
Must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field.
Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):
- Possess 1 to 2 years of training experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Possess project management skills.
- Able to analyze problems and provide strategies and solutions for improvement.
- Able to motivate and influence team members.
Salary Range: RM2,000-RM6,000
