
Lead - Maintenance Tech
Job Description

Responsibilities:
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
Assist with the installation and setup of new machinery.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Adhere to safety protocols and report any safety concerns.
Support inventory management for maintenance supplies and parts.
Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime.
Participate in safety audits and equipment inspections.
Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
Assist in cross-training initiatives within the maintenance team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role.
Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Experience with using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, or specialized machinery (advantageous).
