Salary range (but not limited to):
101,800 - 124,400Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

At Intact Lab, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions by integrating user-centered design with cutting-edge technology. As part of this ambition, we are seeking a talented and passionate AI Product Manager to join our dynamic team.
With a user-focused and value-oriented approach, you will lead multi-disciplinary experts in the development of human-centered AI solutions that empower users to achieve their goals with increased productivity and efficiency.
As an AI Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development of our AI solutions. You will be responsible for defining product strategy and driving cross-functional teams to deploy AI capabilities into new areas of our insurance underwriting operations. As an expert in our products, you will ensure the frequent launch of new improvements, monitor performance, and communicate results/recommendations.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about leveraging AI technology and can confidently navigate uncertainty. A high degree of autonomy is essential, as you will need to make important decisions and lead with a clear vision.
Reporting to the Manager, Product – Enterprise AI in Commercial Lines, Specialty Lines, and Global Specialty Lines, your main responsibilities will include:
What you'll do here:
- Drive AI product vision and strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into a clear vision for value-oriented AI product development.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration: Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary agile team of business stakeholders, designers, data scientists, and developers from ideation to execution. Communicate clearly to stakeholders and leadership on product features, prioritization rationale, and success measures.
- Manage risks: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with AI products. Stay in the flow of industry best practices in AI product development.
- Monitor product performance: Track the impact of AI solutions. Iterate based on performance metrics and user feedback to ensure exceptional user experiences.
- Manage the backlog: Prioritize the backlog of work to ensure the product is delivered according to roadmaps. Guide sprint planning and execution to refine and prioritize AI-experience related tasks.
What you bring to the table:
- At least 7 years of experience in creating and delivering digital enterprise or B2B products.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills: Able to align stakeholders and leadership through clear, concise communication.
- Good knowledge of performance measurement tools such as Adobe Analytics.
- Expertise in presentations and workshop facilitation.
- Good understanding of technical aspects related to design and development.
- Experience with AI technologies is highly desirable.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
